Do not go here. Front desk talks about food and other patients instead of answering the phone or voicemails. Incompetent.
The staff is helpful and takes time to listen to the needs of patients. Paperwork and meds are administered in a quick and timely manner. Dr. Jones also listens to concerns and questions that I have. He genuinely cares about the health and safety of children and adults as a practitioner. He is also willing to offer guidance through pregnancy as an OB. I highly recommend this medical center.
Nice and friendly, but the girls at the front desk like to complain and gossip to each other after getting off the phone. The doctor and doctor's assistant themselves were great and seemed professional. The place has paper medical records still, they need to update to electronic copies to be more efficient.
