This are the biggest bunch of money grubbing and incompetent folks I have ever dealt with. Would not call in my scripts unless I came in so , they could make more money. None of these are controllables either. Dr. Knapp are ok but , his incompetent and lazy nurses and front office are the worst I have ever encountered. Went to Columbus and immediately got in and got my scripts filled without hassle. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. This place are the norm in that awful town.
New to the area Dr. Knapp was very helpful and easy to talk with. Highly recommend
Dr. Knapp and his office are one of the most kind and helpful care offices I’ve ever been too. They always take great care of my dad and are helpful and guide through any questions or personal questions you have. Highly suggested by me.
