Dr. Kaufman came highly recommended by some nurse friends. He has done my colonoscopy and lap gallbladder surgery and my husbands colonoscopy. He has a great bedside manner which isn’t super important to me for a surgeon but it’s definitely a plus. If you need a surgeon and don’t wanna travel to Louisville, this is your guy!
About a year ago I went to see Dr Kaufman after experiencing extreme pain in my lower abdomen that only seemed to get worst with time. He came highly recommend HOWEVER I was VERY disappointed. He gave me a CT scan and AFTER me calling his office to get results and a work note excusing me for some time to heal from whatever was wrong with me, his Medical Assistant informed me I had a STOOL BALL and no Dr excuse no pain meds nothing!
