You can’t even ask if they have the battery you need without being yelled at to bring your car to the shop first. Awful customer service.

If you want your car to be ruined even more, this is the place to go. Two days ago, I left my car with a very specific issue: to clean the water drainages and replace the blower motor due to a water leak. Not only were they unable to fix the problem, which would have been fine, but when I came to pick up my car, I found fresh, noticeable scratches on the bumper.
