A GI doctor who provided a long-term plan and answers all your questions. Staff is efficient and friendly; however, his PA Amy, lacks compassion, empathy and understanding regarding medical treatments and procedures and possible side effects when prescribed biologics.
Nice and informative. Normal wait time in the office. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because it seemed to take awhile to get an appointment with him. Please note I had the option to see his PA again and she is good. I just felt that I needed another set of eyes to help figure out what is going on with me. Also need to state that the front desk is always smiling making you feel comfortable.
Excellent gastrologist who deeply cares for his patients! Always has a long-term plan answers all your questions, however; his PA, Amy lacks compassion and empathy! All other staff is wonderful!
