To begin with, the receptionist told me she didn't have my paperwork, which I had mailed two months prior. She gave me paperwork to fill out, and in about ten minutes, she found mine. I was taken to the examination room, where the nurse took my blood pressure, never introduced herself, and left. We were in the room for 47 minutes without hearing from anyone.
