Dr. Wallis is great. He did colonoscopy and gave me a clean bill of health. He was impressive. Glad I felt as if I was in good hands. I initially sought to have a colonoscopy because of an infection he diagnosed called diverticulosis. After 3 bouts of reoccurring infections called diverticulitis over 2 years and a bulge “that feels like a tennis ball” near my left hip. Dr Wallis was very knowledgeable, but the wait time was long for all parts of the visit.
I don’t think I have dealt with a more unprofessional and rude office. First, let me say the front desk never answers the phone. She is also quite rude. This office billed my colonoscopy screening as an “outpatient surgery”. I tried to talk with someone there about it and she kept going on about my procedure being billed as diagnostic. Funny, the doctor didn’t take any specimen out to send to the lab. His own notes state “screening.” They are impossible to deal with so I am having to take further action.
