Kimberly Davis is the Clinton County Treasurer, and I could not have received worse customer service than this woman offered. She clearly is not looking out for her constituents, which makes it even worse that she's running for NY State Senator in the 45th Disctrict. I"m a registered Democrat, but I would not vote for Davis under any circumstances.
