I went to Clinton county urgent care yesterday and had a very good experience! Kari Becker was very efficient and very professional! Thank you Kari!
4 hour wait didn’t have it together had to go back and fourth between labs for some reasons people can’t communicate in there so a appt I thought would take 1 hour tops is taken 4 and I’m still in room waiting on NP Becker as she is on a phone call that she was on I got in this room at 9 it’s 1214 This hospital has definitely went down hill. This will be my last visit to Clinton county rural health or stJoesph.
Tell me why if it says your open till 5 then you should see patients that come in till 5! Instead of having people drive all the way there to show up at 4:40 to be told oh sorry where not seeing anymore. That is false advertising. If it says 5 then your employees should know they work till 5:30 or if they work till 5 then your hours advertised should say till 4:30!!!! So people doesn’t waste there time.
Called ahead to ensure they took walk-ins, told the lady what was going on with me (severe sinus infection and acute bronchitis, cannoy breathe) and she said yes we take walk-ins, ur insurance and we will see you soon. I drive there and go in and get told they aren't taking walk-ins. Then why did u tell me you did and that you would see me soon? Then I had to instead drive 40 mins to Greenville.
