Customer service representatives Mary Jane and Carie were very rude and unprofessional when we called concerning a problem with our elctricity. Raising their voices many times and arguing to the extent that I ended the phone conversation. They both communicated as if they were very unhappy and angry with their jobs. Very sad to receive such poor customer service from two different representative within the company. They would be good employees working with men on a construction site but not in customer service.
