Clinton and his employee Zac provided me with excellent service which was part of an insurance claim. A communication problem by the insurance company causing a change in schedule was quickly resolved by Clint who went out of his way to fit in with changed schedule. He was particularly concerned about ensuring that I would not be without Water and gas services overnight and came back out of schedule to recommission the gas and water appliances. We recently had an issue with an old hot water system. Clinton and his team were very responsive and rectified the issue on the first visit, recommending we stick with the old system and replace only when necessary. The system went a little while later and the turnaround time for a new system was much shorter than we anticipated. The plumbers that attended were highly professional and respectful, it was so great to see such a strong work ethic in people so young and is a testament to Clint's mentorship. Called them on suggestion/recommendation of a friend. Dealt with Jye. Very professional, punctual, solved the problem for what I believe a reasonable/fair price. I have no hesitation in recommending them and they'll be the only Plumbers/Gasfitters I'll ever use henceforth.
