I used to think they were an exceptional business up until about a year ago when my spouse vehicle was total and my husband was contacted by the person who purchased the totalled vehicle asking to buy the key to the vehicle keyfrom him. That raise some concerns.Everything was taken out of the vehicle by the way. Then here recently my car was total and sent to them. I was told that I had to hand over my key to them by Erie Insurance.
