Stacy had me on hold for almost 25 minutes with no explanation. If you're going to have someone on hold, you could at least check back with them. Tell me to call back or anything, but don't have me sitting on the phone forever.
This is a late review, but it still hurts. I brought my dog here back in Oct. 2025. She was experiencing severe vomiting diarrhea and obvious pain. I brought her in, the vet gave anti-nausea medicine and that was essentially it. I kept telling him she was in pain and he INSISTED that she wasn’t. I know my dog. They did not really check her for much of anything. Once her appointment was over the vet came in and said “Yeah, we meed this room...” essentially telling me to hurry up and get out. Brought my dogs here this morning after a very stressful night of both of them being very sick. I came right when they opened. There wasn’t even a doctor here yet, and still I was put into a room immediately. Rita is one of the girls here and she was so sweet with both my boys and myself. She was so calm and answered any questions I had. 1000% recommend coming here. I will definitely be coming back!
We had a great experience at Clinton Veterinary Hospital. Ryan and Dr. D. were excellent. We were seen shortly after arriving. Ryan's intake was comprehensive and informative. Dr. D. was thorough, patient and gentle with our 11 week old toy poodle. Though she has ear inflammation, Dr. D. was careful not to over prescribe anything but drops. Highly recommend!
