Their topsoil is terrible. It's highly acidic and nothing will grow on it. It's also expensive. Avoid.
Didnt show up to plow until late morning (garbage truck wouldnt come up our street because of that). Next storm, they didnt show up until almost midday to salt and sand the roads during a flash freeze. I drove my car into a bank with my toddler in it because I assumed they had gone by! Multiple cars off the road etc. Had 4 people on my street call to complain and they were rude & even hung up on people! Disgusting attitude and poorly run!
