Paid for Carburetor cleaned, new water pump and starter fixed and bolted on. I was told they couldn't get to it till after 2 weeks About 5 weeks later they called and said it was ready. Took boat out. Boat engine started on 2 try. I went about 1/2 mile then it quit. Tried to start and starter fell off housing. He used a tek screw to hold starter. Stranded. Brought back.
