Clint helped us close on our first home. He is incredibly responsive and was on top of the timeline so that we could close quickly and on time. He was patient with all our questions, and he took the time summarize and explain each document, which made closing day less daunting.
I worked with Clint in early 2022 to help sell our home by owner. He had sent me a ery helpful letter in the mail. He was very knowledgeable about the process, had easily the best recommendations for by owner houses (check out his house), and was very on top of the timeline so nothing slipped through the cracks. He had very very good availability like all the time. And lastly he has a legit awesome discount for title insurance for sale by owners. I would definitely work with him again.
