Worst nurse partitioner I've ever seen. Had to see him once and he put no refill on my chart for a med I've been on over five years. Had to fight the staff to give me a refill for my next appointment a week longer than my meds lasted. The same week he is on vacation. He told his nurse to say "you had ample time" despite me making the appointment two months in advance.
