Going away for 6 months Dr moss wanted to see a spot my head after treatment with nitrogen I tried to an appointment but closest appt was6 weeks out I was suggested to try for a cancellation appt and I said great put me on the list I was told they didnot have a list and just keep calling.i guess they want me to call every 2 hours to see if any one cancelled . Obviously they don’t care to accommodate patients but just get there money.in my mind very poor management and customer service
I’ve been going to Dr Moss for years. He’s thorough, friendly and I’ve always been happy with the results. His nurse is great as well as the office staff.
Be very careful and ask questions about charges BEFORE you go. PCP thought I should have 2 spots of my face checked out. Doctor Moss walked in, looked at the 2 spots, rattled off some big fancy word, said nothing to worry about, if they bothered me could be burnt off. Visit lasted 2 minutes, but charged $360. Had both Medicare and HealthChoice, and still having to pay $108 out of pocket for 2 minutes. Guess I should have went to Dermatology School!
