Apparently they fired the entire staff and after doing so, they didn’t reach out to those participating in the study. Finally several months later I get a text to return my equipment, but not one person reached out in months. Antoinette has the nerve to say she didn’t know I needed special accommodations, I don’t I just needed someone to reach out with a time and date for a new appt, that’s it. I reached out to reschedule my appt and they never got me rescheduled and than I never heard back from them for months, they jeopardized my chances in an important study for me.

It has been a great experience to work with this company's excellent team. They are very friendly, provide excellent service, and accommodate appointments according to your schedule. They have especially helped me outside of their regular schedule, on Saturdays. They provide excellent support throughout each patient's process and are ready to listen and support you.
