Great experience as always with the service department at Clinkscales Chevy! Felicia was friendly and welcoming as always. My appointment time for the oil change was honored. In and out in an hour, although they were very busy. I was kept abreast of what was going on with my vehicle the entire time via text message. All results were shared via text before they reviewed paperwork with me. No hard sales pitch on extra services (They do share the upcoming recommendations, but when you say no that's it.).
