I am very disappointed with the service at this clinic. After a full year without a checkup, I was never notified that my dog’s prescription would expire—no email, no reminder, nothing. I only found out when I called for a refill before leaving on summer vacation. Despite the fact that my dog has severe allergies, and despite multiple visits for other issues during the year, they refused to make an exception or provide even a short refill to prevent her from suffering.
