Dr Gauvin had been the savior to all my furry babies for easily 20 years or so. Now that I need her the most, I find out she's taken her retirement and sold the clinic to a very questionable man. The reason we adored Dr Gauvin so much, (and yes I speak for all her loyal clients and grateful patients when I say this,) was because she never saw any of us as dollar signs. Excellent service, à l écoute
Pas trop certaine c’est quoi leur problème . On paie pour le service mais quand on laisse un message, jamais de retour d’appel. Et si par hasard ça répond au téléphone, on reste en attente pendant 30 minutes sans nouvelles. Si vous appelez ça le service à la clientèle, vous vous trompez.
