été avec mon fils pour sa vieille chienne de 14 ans , mais lui a pas aimé son acceuille de la part de la fille au comptoire , car il allait pour arrêter la souffrance a sa chienne , devant tout le monde des questions un peu déplacer .... mais les vétérinaires et les assistante des vrai bijoux ... super gentille et ont faient en sorte qu'elle soit bien pour son départ !!!

This is the vet where my 3 dogs have been going since they were puppies. I used to see Dr Laura Frascarelli for years. I have called more than 10x in 2025 and again in January 2026 for an appointment only to be told that she has left but they will not disclose where. There is no other Vet that speaks English well enough for my mother to understand. Dr Frascarelli always believed in a fully bilingual staff and I ALWAYS speak in french at my appointments except my mother who cannot communicate well enough. Extremely disappoint... read more
