I actually was there to drop off an injured turtle, not with a pet. However, just the fact that this clinic helps the turtles is a big plus. Also, the staff was extremely kind, helpful, with everyone, and efficient. The building housing the clinic is brand new, clean and bright, with many rooms. Definitely excellent.
We have had the most amazing service from absolutely everyone here. Great people always going above and beyond.
We have had the best possible experience here with our large dog who has veterinary anxiety and recently needed surgery. They have been super flexible and accommodating for her while still maintaining a high standard of medical care. Vets, techs, and front desk staff have all taken the time to listen to our questions and explain things thoroughly.
