Good will not let me put 0 stars, so that’s why it’s 1 star. Absolutely disgusting customer service. My mother’s cat is actively sick and dying and they refused to find any time to see and put down her beloved pet. This after over 20 years (and multiple animals). I am furious, disgusted, and disappointed. Honestly, you should all be ashamed of yourselves for not giving this precious cat, nor my mother, peace.
Dr. Bonaire and all the staff at the clinic were outstanding kind and compassionate when our cat had to be euthanized due to serious illness. I am forever grateful for having such an extraordinary Doctor guide us through an extremely difficult time.
Dre Bonert est très expérimentée et prend le temps de bien expliquer. Je la consulte depuis plus de 10 ans pour mes chats. Je fais beaucoup de route pour m'y rendre car ça ne se trouve pas si facilement d'aussi bons vétérinaire.
