When my cat was vomiting and unwell all night, they answered the phone first thing in the morning and got us an appointment for the same day. They’re kind and empathetic. They’re also very transparent about pricing, and will offer multiple plans depending on the situation. They treated our cat so gently, and eased our nerves too!! I believe the receptionist’s name was Amelia…? She was super nice and chatted with us while we waited for the vet as well. The process to start a new file was also simple and easy. I was used to go there since 2009 until i had to put my cat to sleep in 2022..so when I adopted a new cat few weeks ago, i was eager to go back there for my new cat first appointment...supposed to be yesterday 9am...but at 7h25am, i started throwing up (most likely because of my cancer's treatment).. so i called, left a message that i had to cut short cuz i was about to throw up...i called back around 5pm when i was better to take another appointment just to be told i first need to pay for the last minute cancelled appointme... read more

Elles ont tellement été respectueuses, au téléphone comme en clinique, ce n'est jamais facile de mettre fin à la vie de notre animal. Merci à vous
