Je n'étais pas au courant pour le changement de propriétaire. Je dois dire que TOUT le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et humain. Dr Michael Caplan est très à l'écoute et doux. Mes chats ont eu une belle expérience de consultation. Je recommande cette clinique vous ne serez par déçu.
Unfortunately Dr. de Han is not currently working there. As a previous client I wish I was informed when the change occurred or at least told this when booking. When I got there I was surprised that all the front staff were new and I hadn’t heard of the vet before. After getting home I looked it up online and it seems new people have taken over the clinic since about November 2025.
I’ve been bringing my little rescued kitten here for all of his treatments so far, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received. From our very first visit, we were welcomed so warmly by the entire team and especially by Dr. Caplan. Thanks to the kindness and patience of the whole team, Lio has no fear of going to the vet at all, which says so much.
