On a un dossier avec eux et j’ai appeler 4 fois pour prendre un rendez-vous. Ils ne répondent jamais au téléphone et rappelle très rarement. Ça fait un mois et je n’ai toujours pas réussi à parler à quelqu’un pour prendre rendez-vous.
Our older dog, Al, suddenly had a swollen face one day and we were able to get him in that day. The staff really care about our animals, and they were so gentle with him because he was obviously in a lot of pain. Sadly, he had an abscess from a broken tooth and needed surgery a month later. The whole process has been smooth and well guided and he is now doing great! Back to his regularly scheduled dog-life and feeling so much better. Thank you for your care and attention to our old guy!!!
