This clinic is incapable of producing estimates. I asked for one two months ago and every time I call to follow-up they give the same excuse "we only have 1 vet tech instead of 4". Well maybe somebody else from the clinic should be helping that vet tech to offer clients proper service. I loved De Tounkara but because of the lack of service at this clinic, I am taking my pets elsewhere for care.

Je tiens à préciser que la vétérinaire qui m'a reçue a fait preuve de beaucoup d'empathie et de professionnalisme. Mon commentaire ne vise donc pas son travail, mais bien le fonctionnement général de la clinique. J’ai communiqué avec la clinique en indiquant clairement que mon chien avait besoin d’une chirurgie dentaire, un problème pour lequel il avait déjà été opéré dans cette même clinique par le passé. À ce moment-là, si la clinique n’offrait pas ce service ou s’il y avait des délais importants, on aurait pu m'en informe... read more
