I just read your response to my review. If you’re so concerned why did no one call me back? I’ve now left two voicemails with my name and phone number and no one calls me. I am beyond frustrated with this clinic - as a resident of Wakefield, about two weeks ago I thought I would go local and switch my vet to Clinique Veterinaire de la Gatineau since it's only five minutes from my house, and while I was there they convinced me to get my dog tested for Lyme disease which they said they could do on-site. Excellent service!
I honestly cannot recommend this veterinary clinic enough. I’m in the middle of preparing to move to the Dominican Republic, which means strict timelines and very specific paperwork for my cat. They made the entire process so much easier during an already stressful time. They were incredibly accommodating with booking an appointment close to my departure date, which is required for travel.
