super service, tout le personnel est accueillant la technicienne a pris beaucoup de temps pour bien nous expliquer. La vétérinaire Dre Cathy Roy est tout simplement charmante, super a l'écoute, ultra professionnelle prend le temps avec notre animal ( ici un gros toutou de 125 lbs ) je recommande à tous merci pour votre bon travail et votre super accueil

Service professionnel et courtois...*EDIT* Sauf ce soir, j'étais en attente au téléphone pendant 20 min pour me faire flusher à 1700h sans même me répondre.. très ordinaire comme service et aucun respect. J'ÉTAIS client depuis longtemps.
Just left a 4th message in a span of less than 2 weeks (Aug 2025). No answer, no call back, no vacation message. Really annoying and unprofessional, especially since we have been clients for 20 years with 3 different pets. Comments locally online about other people experiencing the same thing. Too bad.
