The staff is very knowledgeable and nice. But I'm disappointed that after a major operation like removing a uterus, they give us back our pet 3 years later, weak and drugged, still needing observation and anti-inflammatories. We don’t have the competence to administer drugs to animals nor have a controlled safe setting for their recovery. It lacks professionalism, responsibility and conscience.
Les prix n'ont jamais été clair, l'information donnée avant un rendez-vous et au moment de payer la facture ne concorde jamais, on se sent pris au piège et on doit s'endetter pour soigner notre animal alors qu'on avait mis le prix annoncé de côté. La clinique n'appartient pas à un vétérinaire propriétaire indépendant, mais au Groupe Daubigny qui sont en train de prendre possession de toutes les cliniques au Québec pour maximiser les profits par un monopole naissant au détriment du bien être animal.
