I have been a customer for 25+ years at this vet clinic. Today, I switched to Dalhousie because of the tone and demeanour of the front-end staff. I am shocked at how this place is run and would recommend it to no one.
The vet herself was great. I’m pleased with my cat’s results. I’m not pleased that they charged for treatments I didn’t consent to. I asked for blood work and a urinalysis on my cat. They did that and gave him s/c fluids, painkillers, and anti nausea medications without consulting with me prior to. The bill was outstanding. They don’t care about the animals, they only care for the paycheck. Went for a emergency visit my dog was dying they didn’t even look at her they told me she looked fine and sent me home saying they didn’t have spots for emergency before october 🤨 went all the way to fredericton and they saved my dog’s life. I changed vets and I’m Never going there again.
