Très mauvais service à la clientèle. La première fois on m'a raccroché au nez. La deuxième fois on m'a demandé d'envoyer la requête et personne n'a fait de suivi. La troisième fois que j'ai tenté de prendre rendez vous, on m'a encore raccroché au nez. J'abandonne et ne ferai pas affaire avec cette compagnie. The overall experience is positive one. The staff are polite and attentive. I've not experienced anything that the negative reviews have referenced in my interactions with this clinic. As far as I am concerned, the staff is competent, polite and have listened to every question I've asked and responded adequately. I would recommend other to this clinic.
They were really helpful and explained in detail the therapy. Made follow up calls to see how I was doing. Very very professional team.
