Extremely efficient and nice staff. Rosa explained everything clearly with the CPAP machine I had rented and their doctor is very knowledgeable while respectfully understanding/explaining what you need. Highly recommend.
They called me at 2pm to tell me I needed to return the machine by 5pm, as if im not at work, the machine at home and several kilometers between every destination. Then they say the late fee is 25$ a day. Bro, i just paid 600$ ($400 for the overnight at home test machine, + $200 for one month rental of the CPAP) after waiting a million years to even get all these appointments and referrals. I came in for an appointment my doctor scheduled to learn how to use a sleep apnea machine. The office was nice, and the front desk staff was very friendly, which made a great first impression. I was told there would be a $200 monthly rental fee for the machine, which I already knew and fully intended to pay. Unfortunately, something unexpected came up financially that week. I have being going to the Lasalle Location for at least 20 years. Over the years the staff and therapists have improved 100% I recently had an issue with my machine and Rosa the therapist I have been seeing called me back within the hour and took care of the issue in a very timely manner. She called me back the day following the adjustment to ensure all was performing correctly. The receptionists are very polite and pass on the request to speak to Rosa.
First of all, i asked the receptionist at the beginning of the call if it was free and she said yes , but then at the end of our conversation she said it was four hundred dollars just for the test at home! To top it off, I could hardly understand a word she was saying because of her heavy accent, wow welcome to Canada folks!
