J’ai développé une allergie au médicament prescrit. J’ai demandé qu’on me prescrive autre chose, ce devait être simple selon l’infirmière quand je l’avais rencontré si j’avais un problème seulement d’appeler. Ça fait 7 jours que j’attends de leur nouvelle. Quand je vais avoir un suivi? La secrétaire m’a répondu: bonne question! On est mieux servi au public finalement.
