Don't be fooled because they can give you an earlier appointment than other clinics. It took over a month to get ultrasound results (which I don't even think were done properly) and the doctor had the audacity to say tendons are harder to read for overweight people. She was not exactly thin herself. The man that did the x-rays was cold and rough, not giving into consideration the pain it caused me when he placed me. Service médiocre, j’ai pris un rendez-vous qui a été annulé le jour même 15 min avant. le service à la clientèle me dit qu’il ont eu des urgences. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
Expérience très décevante. Accueil froid par une adjointe dont le sens du service semble avoir pris congé en même temps que la patience — on a l’impression de déranger. Salle d’attente avec ambiance spectacle de rock : musique beaucoup trop forte pour un lieu de santé. Examen expédié sans explications ni précautions. On passe clairement à la chaîne. Bref, une vraie usine à saucisses…
