Had to wait over 45 extra minutes for ultrasound which was very uncomfortable. Disorganized, has a poor layout with inner waiting area that has very little privacy and not enough space for the people they let in. Took a week for the results to be issued and they were different from what both I and my companion heard the technician/doctor describe as she was doing the test. Staff did not seem to care much about the patients.
D'abord, j'ai eu le service le plus bête possible de la part de la radiologue. Clairement une personne qui déteste son travail et qui n'a aucune joie de vivre. (Toutefois, les personnes à la réception sont très sympathiques.) Mais le pire, c'est l'attente des résultats. Ça fait 3 semaines, plusieurs suivis, et rien n'a été envoyé. C'est complètement inacceptable. Allez ailleurs.
The place is clean and has really comfy seating. Couldn't get a smile from reception. Radiologist was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Black on white sign says doctors will receive results in 7 days. This hasn't happened and I'm stuck waiting in pain because we won't start treatment until we see the results. 4 Taschereau has always been good to me. I live in Hull, not sure why I was sent to gatineau. Good luck if you go here for urgent tests/results.
One Star – Would Give Zero if I Could I had an absolutely awful experience at this radiology / ultrasound clinic. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were dismissive, acting as if patients were an inconvenience rather than the reason they have jobs. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming, and unfortunately, that extended to the doctors as well. Absolutely horrible place to go…110% would give ZERO stars my wife had her appointment and received incredibly rude service by the technician. She Used barely any lubricant for the examination to the point where My wife now has a cut on her body. Furthermore the technician spent the FULL appointment looking at the wrong side of my wife’s body once told she was examining the wrong side she glanced for a few seconds at the correct area and told her there was nothing there…when we have paperwork from doctors stating otherwise… ... read more
