My experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing. Although I understood the situation, the way the doctor spoke to us was rude, dismissive, and made us feel very uncomfortable. Respect and basic courtesy are the minimum anyone should expect in a healthcare setting, and unfortunately that was not the case here.I do want to acknowledge that the receptionist was patient and genuinely tried to find options to help us, which I appreciated. Excellent service de l'accueil, au triage à la consultation et jusqu'au rappel telephonique. Ma consultation avec Dr Abboud a dépassé mes attentes. Il était a l'écoute, attentionnée. Il ma grandement aider, j'ai sentie que j'étais prise en considération et qu'on ne banalisait pas mes symptômes. Merci encore !
