I was referred to this doctor to be seen for long term foot problems. She was lovely, friendly, and seemed to know what she was talking about. We discussed the next steps and how we were going to make things better. I felt reassured. She told me she’d send all the information I needed in an email for follow up. It has been three months. I have left at least 4 voice messages and a few email messages to inform them that I did not receive any information, but I have never received even a phone call.
