Dr. Dignazio did listen to me when I complained about the poor behaviour his secretery, and instead of listening to me he quickly dismissed me by saying that he doesn’t have time for me and claiming that his secretary is supposedly «the best». The staff has no respect for anyone whatsoever, every time I want an appointment I have to physically go to their office to get one because no one answers the phones. Difficile d'obtenir du service. Pas moyen de parler à qui que ce soit aujourd'hui 25 oct. 2022, personne répond au téléphone et ce n'est pas la première fois que ça arrive. C'est aussi difficile de pouvoir parler au médecin. L'infirmière devait me rappeler hier en fin de journée ou aujourd'hui en matinée mais.....rien.

"Doctor Madeline O'Connor is so a gentle and nice person, she does very good job and so professional and she makes a big effort to make me feel comfortable and let me know what to expect, I always feel like I get plenty of time to explain my issues without feeling rushed. And of course I've managed to get in to be seen within a timely manner. Her staffs all as sweet as her and so patient to explain everything to me. They are always very friendly and professional!
