A client do Source Unique´s Hawkerbury Office. For the last year worked at getting my Records. Seems they have been destroyed! Records are to be kept 10 years, I was saw Dr. d’Ignassio in 2018! I have a letter stating Records are destroyed. Rude! Maybe done because the Doctor feels I have attitude? His is no better. :(
if you’ve ever wanted to pay someone to treat you like an inconvenience, this is the place for you. The owner’s attitude was so unnecessarily rude, it was almost impressive. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here, and basic decency seems optional. Save yourself the experience and take your business somewhere that actually wants it. You’re welcome.
Dr. Dignazio did listen to me when I complained about the poor behaviour his secretery, and instead of listening to me he quickly dismissed me by saying that he doesn’t have time for me and claiming that his secretary is supposedly «the best». The staff has no respect for anyone whatsoever, every time I want an appointment I have to physically go to their office to get one because no one answers the phones.
