I recently visited this clinic for an IUD insertion attempt with Nizard Jacques Henri Victor and unfortunately my experience was not as positive as expected. I am very disappointed with my experience at Clinique médicale Désy. The staff was unprofessional and the service was very poor. I arrived slightly late due to heavy traffic coming from the South Shore, but instead of showing any understanding, I was simply refused the opportunity to see the doctor. The receptionist was disrespectful and just said “no” without offering any alternative solution or trying to help reschedule.
