Hours on the page and on the answering machine unclear one minute phone is buzzy next u get answering machine . Be great to have a clear schedule and kwow if its full open or closed .the few time we were able to vet thru we had good service but its like playing 6/49
It is very frustrating when you call with no answer. You drive there because web site says it open 7 days a week only to see it opens 3 times a week and all evenings.

Every time we call were met with the same two answers "line busy" or the long automated message about the clinic being full. We always start spam calling 30min to an hour before the clinic even opens and we're never met with an answer. After two years of always calling there when medical help is needed, I've gotten an answer once and only once. Getting an answer and an appointment once out of two years is rediculous and shamefull if I'm being honest. Not only you don't get an answer but they'll throw you to an automated mess... read more
That secretary is horrible. She’s condescending and rude when you call, and will find every reason not to get you in. People calling the clinic are vulnerable and need help. Having someone with her attitude picking up the phone is the worst possible outcome in that situation. And that’s when she picks up… either show compassion or change jobs.
