Les secrétaires sont vrm inadéquate ! ( sauf Alexandra) . Pour vrai , aucune compréhension et elle mque carrément de tacte ! Aucun respect pour les gens et donne l'impression qu'on n'est des caves !
Doctors at this clinic are great... as for the medical secretaries, the ladies I dealt with were unprofessional and not empathetic ... I missed my name being called while I was using the bathroom... once realized, I was told go home and try again tomorrow.... because I missed my turn. Already getting an appointment is next to impossible... I'm livid.
