Pretty easy to get appointments. Always on time or barely late. Doctor gives you his full attention.
Awful experience with Dr. Potter. I came in for an appointment with Dr Potter to address three concerns, the most urgent being a new lump in my breast. I asked for an ultrasound requisition, routine bloodwork, and an extension on my medical leave as I am currently grieving the loss of my father, it had not even been 2 weeks. Dr. Potter not only questioned but pushed back on my need for bloodwork and only reluctantly agreed after I explained my recent loss and desire for peace of mind. My husband called because he needed help with something very important (that i'll keep confidential here). Someone referred us to dr.P. saying my husband would get the help he needs, no or almost no question asked.. He was willing to leave his family doctor, go there and pay to get that help and they turned him around because of the meds he takes. Thank you dr.P. for turning around someone who really needed help.
Rendez vous rapide et service incroyable avec Dr. Ayoub. Il est a l écoute et prends le temps de tout expliquer. C' est vraiment différent a comparer au système Publique. Pas de médecin de famille ou même avec un médecin famille, vous êtes vu rapidement ici sans se faire dire pas de place donc aller a la hôpital!!!! Merci a cette clinique et ses medecins
call for help was happy the finally get a change and was refused for something not explanatory and I have family that goes there, they hung up on me. not good business
