I had severe pain from dqt in both hands, especially my right hand wasn’t able to move anymore. I had Prp treatment which was also very painful. However in 1 week swelling and pain started reducing. I did platelet generation diet at the same time while having no pain killers. I wasn’t able to have so good progress with physio or medications.
