This clinic has been amazing. We were assigned a family doctor for our toddler here a little over a year ago. Though we cannot book appointments online, calling the clinic to get an appointment has been a breeze. With a sick child, getting an emergency appointment for 1 or 2 days later is more precious than gold. A brand new clinic, very modern and spacious. Our family doctor, Dr. Neamatala, moved his practice there. He is very good and attentive. The walk-in clinic opens 7 days per week for people who have family doctors at their clinic. We can make appointments pretty easily.
The doctor does a great job but the telephone operators is a pain. Waiting for over 50 minutes after she said one moment, only to have the call disconnected. No one returned my call. Call several consecutive times and she does the same thing. Very frustrating 😕
I've been reading everyone's negative comments and felt like I had to share as well. In my case, I've been going to this clinic for both of my pregnancies and it has always been wonderful. My family doctor is incredible and responsive, just like the receptionists. I've always been welcomed and helped for anything I've needed. Yes it's hard to get ahold of them, but don't blame the clinic. That's the country's horrible system.
I previously gave a 5-star review to this clinic, but I am now changing it. I’ve been at this clinic now for nearly 18 months. Back when Dr. Gudzio was there (before her maternity leave), it was easy and simple to get an appointment and she was incredible with my son. Ever since then, we have lost access to the online portal and we’ve had to call and wait extremely long hours to get spoken to, only to then get told that there are no appointments.
