Most of the reviews about the clinic being so wonderful.are 2 years old. Since then it has gone downhill. You used to be able to easily make an appointment online- no more. It is also impossible to get thru on the phone. So what do you do if it is urgent? The receptionists usually ignore you when you are there in person- some very rude staff. My doctor here is very thorough, she’s good but I moved far out, so it’s difficult to get to appointments. I’m so vexed with this place, they have kept me waiting for my blood results cuz I have to come in or else I can’t have them and they won’t upload the results to my Quebec health booklet. So if I have a serious problem and they know I live far and can’t get to them, they won’t give me the results. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a clinic. Since Monday, the day I had my surgery, no one has called me or given me a single piece of guidance for post-surgery care. On Wednesday, I called the office myself. This clinic seriously needs better management. Patients are told to wait “just a few minutes,” yet the wait drags on with zero updates. When I finally entered the exam room, the doctor barely looked up from the computer and provided a rushed, unclear explanation. The entire experience felt unprofessional from start to finish.
