Customer service quality has continually gone down here. Now they are just straight up rude when calling. Questioning a request for an appointment with my doctor. New voice on the phone, service bad enough I will be starting to look for a new doctor away from this clinic. Doc himself is great to deal with, but this admin staff has ruined it.
So lucky to get in to a family doctor here. The staff are efficient and friendly, wait times are minimal and Dr. Felizor is top shelf.
Every time i come here... the time booked for Mt appointment is never met. It's always at least 30 mins to a hour past my initial booked app time. If this were anywhere wlts with appointments, they would be heavily criticized on their bad business and punctuality . Plus often times once greeted by a Dr, they are either dismissive or try and rush you threw , specially if you have no choice but to bring your baby with you to your appointment.
