So lucky to get in to a family doctor here. The staff are efficient and friendly, wait times are minimal and Dr. Felizor is top shelf.
Every time i come here... the time booked for Mt appointment is never met. It's always at least 30 mins to a hour past my initial booked app time. If this were anywhere wlts with appointments, they would be heavily criticized on their bad business and punctuality . Plus often times once greeted by a Dr, they are either dismissive or try and rush you threw , specially if you have no choice but to bring your baby with you to your appointment. Impossible d’avoir un rendez vous dans un délais raisonnable. Les secrétaires son arrogante et raccroche la Ligne au nez des patients. 1 sur 3 est actually helpful . Il ne devrait pas avoir des mois d’attente pour voir son médecin de famille pour seulement recevoir 20 minutes de son temp.ah oui parceque les rendez-vous son rusher through .
