I know my review won’t make much difference because it seems people have gotten used to this situation — but it’s still shocking that no one talks about it. I waited for over 5 hours along with many others. The staff said the doctor would arrive by 1 PM, but he showed up around 2 PM. Made an appointment for 18h15 only for the doctor to not show up even after 22h. It’s not even the fact that there is a long list of people waiting, it’s genuinely the fact that the doctor does not show up at the appointed time.
Nul de chez nul. Service 1/10 Le docteur me fait attendre plus de 5h en salle d'attente, alors qu'il a déjà les résultats des examens de mon fils, pour enfin me dire d'aller à l'hôpital en fin d'après midi. I put my carte maladie at 9Am to go check on the doctor later on and it’s 7pm and still nothing, this makes no sense. the waiting Time is rediculous over here, don’t recommend
I, along with many others, am familiar with the long wait times and occasional hiccups at reception. Overall, I haven’t experienced any major issues, and much of the wait can be managed. One thing I would really appreciate from fellow patients is being prepared when it’s their turn. Instead of using the doctor’s time for small talk, write down your questions and symptoms in advance.
