Very disappointing experience. Appointments are not respected at all. I was given a 4:00 p.m. appointment, yet the doctor only arrived around 9:30 p.m. You show up at the scheduled time and end up leaving at 3–4 a.m. the next morning. Trying to call the office is useless — no one answers. There is a clear lack of communication, respect for patients’ time, and professionalism. Dr. Gordon Yee isn’t here to help patients. He is here to watch games and just make money. They don’t care about you being suffering. You wait there hours and hours. They don’t register a person with medical card but with a refugee ID. So don’t waste your time. Seek emergency help or go somewhere else.
They pickup the call and hold within seconds. That’s all they do.
