My mother, has been a patient of Dr. Tjia at Clinique Médicale Lasalle for several years, and her experience has been extremely negative. Dr. Tjia has often shown up 6 to 8 hours late for early morning scheduled appointments, leaving elderly patients waiting for hours. I know my review won’t make much difference because it seems people have gotten used to this situation — but it’s still shocking that no one talks about it. I waited for over 5 hours along with many others. The staff said the doctor would arrive by 1 PM, but he showed up around 2 PM. Made an appointment for 18h15 only for the doctor to not show up even after 22h. It’s not even the fact that there is a long list of people waiting, it’s genuinely the fact that the doctor does not show up at the appointed time.

Service 1/10 Le docteur me fait attendre plus de 5h en salle d'attente, alors qu'il a déjà les résultats des examens de mon fils, pour enfin me dire d'aller à l'hôpital en fin d'après midi.
