EVERY TIME I try to call, they do not respond to me. I double check to make sure it's open, and I'll be waiting for minutes and even hours on hold then just to be hanged up on. I'm getting really tired of this. What else am I supossed to do? I can't even let the reception know for certain concerns or questions I may have prior to my appointment, etc. So unprofessional. The receptionist hang up the phone in my face when I asked for an urgent appointment with my family doctor. She said if it’s emergency I should go to the emergency, she kept on interrupting me so I could not explain the problem, and when I told her that she’s not being professional she told me to stop bothering her and hang up the phone in my face.
