Great dr’s and nurses. Appreciate them, and their care for me and my kids. This one star is for the receptionist I dealt with. It’s the same one, who has been unpleasant with me 3 times now. Extremely rude on the phone - made me feel very uncomfortable. Otherwise - we appreciate having this clinic 🫶
Went in to ask if I a certain medical service required in clinic by my specialist was available here. Receptionist responded harshly. I’m a person in need of medical care with a simple question. This should not be how patients should be treated.
This clinique has the best service. Called this morning at 8:30 for a mini urgency. Got an appointment for 10:15. I truly appreciate the special care that they offer their patients. Always with a smile. Dr. Joanisse is an angel. Going through a rough patch at the moment and she’s all over it. Never misses to follow up on test results, calls personally to discuss results.
