Je ne mettrai aucune étoile. Pour faire simple, la qualité du service est médiocre; de la réception jusqu’au professionnel de la santé. J’ai eu de bonnes interactions avec certains professionnels mais ça semble être l’environnement et la culture de la clinique qui est déplorable.
Mon médecin de famille est là et j’ai eu une merveilleuse médecin pour ma grossesse!
While I have a wonderful doctor, the administration at this clinic is terrible and gets a generous 2 stars. As many have already said, trying to get an appointment is almost impossible by phone. There’s one particular person, whose name I will get next time, who consistently takes my call, then hangs up on me. Then eventually, after many, many tries, the phone is answered again by someone else.
