It took me a while to understand how the clinic works, so I hope it helps :) There are two ways to get an appointment with a doctor: 1 - Schedule an appointment. You can do that by calling them (or going in-person) and saying your date preference. But the tricky part is that there is a 2 month waiting list. I went there in November and they only had slots for January and February. 2 - Walk-in: arrive before 8:30 a.m, sit on a chair at the end of the queue and wait for your time. Clinque réservée pour la communauté étudiante et les personnes travaillant à l'Université Laval. Sans rendez-vous très pratique lorsqu'on n'a plus de médecin de famille attitré. Service toujours A1, poli et professionnel.
Médecin très gentil et à l’écoute! Il prend le temps de tout bien comprendre et est sans jugement. Secrétaire très gentille aussi!
