This is not our regular clinic, but my husband made an emergency appointment at the clinic for Saturday and when he showed up, he simply could not find it!!! There are no signs that the clinic has moved, nor signs how to get to it. He finally found a way inside the building, but there are repairs works inside and again no sign on where is the clinic!!!! This is simply not acceptable to take an appointment and to give inexistent addresses to patients!!!!

Unprofessional and sent wrong documentation to me in regards to my doctor resigning. Haven’t been able to get in touch with them since . Horrible service in all my years there.
The reception services are unacceptable, i don’t care what province we live in if you are a receptionist you need to speak both of the languages necessary for the job. Ive tried explaining my situation over three times to two different people and neither understood a single word i said. Absolutely terrible.
Notre médecin vient de changer d’endroit. Quand même beaucoup de stationnement. Et les employés sont gentils.
