Dr. Philippe Cuissa performed a gastroscopy on me in January 2025. Fortunately my results were normal and equally if not more important, he took the time to look beyond my symptoms and review my file. I do understand giving prescription depends on patient's situation. But why you answered me yes I can get it on the phone? I have to pay for your unclear consultation. That's how it happened. I am blaming the clinic not the doctor. Since you know we went to hospital before, there was no need to book an appointment with you if I was told clearly!
Their service is so poor, unprofessional! I had made a call to ask the fee and clearly explained I need a referral of CT scan. The receptionist answered me positively yes that I can come rather than the decision will be made by a doctor. However, the doctor refused my request, and they charged me more than the amount they told me through the phone. Very disappointed!
