La dame réceptionniste est franchement impolie et antipathique.
J'ai reçu un excellent service. Kasem, mon audioprothésiste a fait des ajustements et a bien câblées mon problème. C'est réglé. De plus, j'avais un problème intermittent avec un appareil. Il l'a envoyé en réparation et je n'ai plus de problème. Merci beaucoup

Rude receptionist, sent a referral from my doctor for an appointment. She starts telling me it's not a referral and can't see on the PDF which I am telling her it is indicated. She tells me "I am not accepting it period "! No idea on why she was showing such a lack of respect when I was kind and polite.
