I had an appointment for 11:00. Was not told to bring an audiological report which I had just had done. Since I was a half an hour early and lived close by I went to get it. When I got back a few minutes after 11:00 I was told that I would have to come back at 2:00. There was no one in the waiting room. Perhaps someone needed to go to lunch at 11:30! Too commercial, uncaring, do not need the business. If this is the way they think what is ls known as "personal service" then it is a bygone era here. I definitely will not be c... read more
